Choose from our plans:

1. Guided Medical Care: given on a periodic basis, based on your medical condition and past health records. This not only focuses on any current health issues, but includes advice on past diagnoses/tests or current treatments being taken, follow-up on abnormal results or symptoms, and comprehensive preventive care on a large variety of medical issues covered by Health Guide MD.

2. Comprehensive Preventive Care: includes wellness checks/labs, x-rays when needed, cancer screenings, bone density measurements when due, vaccinations, dietary advice and exercise tips customized to your medical condition, BP, weight/BMI, age and sex.

1) Yearly Registration:

3. 12 scheduled online consultations in a year, 30 minutes each. Options include phone or video consultations. Consultations are based on the latest medical information and evidence-based medicine (EBM).

Please note: any additional scheduled consultations past twelve sessions will be charged at the same fee of a one-time consultation in the patient's location. Unutilized consultations will not carry forward to the next year.

4. Confidential patient-doctor messaging feature, where you can send messages on clarifications or queries via email or WhatsApp. HealthGuideMD's response time is 2-3 business days.

5. Regular medical alerts/updates will be sent to you, according to the relevance to your medical condition.

6. Referrals: you may be guided to arrange a physical examination or consultation with a subspecialist as and when it is required.

2) One-Time Consultation:

1. One scheduled online consultation, 30 minutes. Options include phone or video consultations. Consultations are based on latest medical information and evidence-based medicine (EBM).

Please note: post consultation, HealthGuideMD offers a two-week period of patient-doctor messaging, where messages concerning any follow-up or queries for the above consultation can be sent via email or WhatsApp. HealthGuideMD's response time is 2-3 business days.

Disclaimer:

Residents in certain countries like the USA will need a locally licensed physician to prescribe any medications recommended by Health Guide MD, as pharmacies do not dispense medications prescribed by physicians licensed outside of the US.

 

Kindly note that providing acute care in emergencies is beyond the scope of Health Guide MD.

If you experience an urgent situation or emergency, please visit your nearest medical facility.

The following medical conditions are out of scope in our service:

  • Urgent issues/emergencies

  • Trauma or cuts

  • Chest pain, numbness, shortness of breath

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Coughing up blood

  • Confusion, dizziness, loss of consciousness, seizures, stroke symptoms

  • Severe burns and pain

  • High risk medication prescriptions for acute heart problems, transplant medicines, biologicals, etc.

  • Psychiatric emergencies

  • Refilling narcotics/controlled medicine prescriptions

  • Any medical condition deemed necessary by Health Guide MD which cannot be evaluated/managed online
