 Health Guide MD (hereinafter referred to as HGMD) is an online medical advice provider. By subscribing to this service, you (Subscriber or You) agree that you have read, understood and will bound by the ‘’terms of service’’ set out here in below.

 Services offered are not health insurance.

 The fee charged is exclusive of any taxes.

 The services offered are not intended to be used in emergency situations. If you need urgent/immediate medical assistance, kindly visit a nearby medical center for appropriate care.

 HGMD may determine by its professional judgement that service which may be offered in your case may not be done appropriately online, and may refer you to another medical center for a physical examination and/or subspecialist consultation, with cost to be borne by you. For examples of medical conditions that are not covered by HGMD online, see conditions under How We Help.

Patients below the age of 18 years can use our service only under strict guidance and supervision of their parents/guardians.

For a yearly medical plan, the subscription may be cancelled by providing 30 days prior written notice via e-mail to healthguidemd@yahoo.com. A prorated refund (on a monthly basis) will be made with no justifications required, however a short questionnaire will be required for Health Guide MD to note the reasons behind your decision.

For a one-time consultation, no refunds will be provided once the payment is submitted. The patient can decide to continue with the consultation or refrain from attending.

HGMD reserves the right to modify the price of plans offered, scope of services offered, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice, with refund of your subscription fee made on a prorated basis (monthly basis).

HGMD reserves the right to modify and update the ‘’terms of service’’ at any time without prior notice. Kindly review the ‘terms of service before you register/pay.

The subscriber is solely responsible for providing accurate information and is responsible for all activities carried out in their name and under their membership.

If it is found that you breached the terms of service and/or were found to be involved in illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, HGMD reserves the right to suspend your membership with no prior notice. In such case, no refund of membership will be made.

HGMD will not be liable for any compensation arising from damages/side effects of treatment offered/disease process/death of patient etc. HGMD is not intended to be a substitute for face to face consultation with physical examination by a doctor. As such, HGMD is not responsible for any damages, be it physical, psychological, emotional or financial arising out of online consultations with HGMD 

 You agree to release HGMD and its staff against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, costs (including attorneys’ fees and court costs), claims, actions, inquiries, or investigations of any kind whatsoever arising out of or resulting from your use of this site.

Once you submit a request for a plan, you will get a response from HGMD in 2-3 business days or less. HGMD will not be responsible for delays in providing service due to situations arising beyond reasonable control of HGMD, like acts of God, technical glitches or a virus attack.

 HGMD is not responsible for any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs incurred as a result of utilizing our services.

 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email or mobile number, according to your preferred mode of communication.

 It is your responsibility to provide accurate medical information to us, based on which appropriate medical advice will be given.

 By accepting the terms of service, you are authorizing HGMD to store/collect your medical information with us; as provided by you.

 The subscriber is authorized to use HGMD's services and advices only for himself/herself, and is not intended to be used for others, as information/advice provided is guided by the subscriber's medical condition only.

The subscriber shall not assign his/her subscription to any third party.

Residents in the USA will need a locally licensed physician to prescribe any medications recommended by Health Guide MD, as pharmacies do not dispense medications prescribed by physicians licensed outside of the US.
